We have noticed that, as standing desks become a staple in home workspaces, selecting the right one remains a challenge. Judging build quality simply from the detailed page on screen is difficult, returns are cumbersome if the product falls short, and claims of "30000 tests" are often impossible to verify.

The Vernal Core3 Test Framework was established to address three core objectives: Professional Performance for home workspace, Long-Term Reliability, and Hassle-Free Safety. The comprehensive testing framework comprises 3 modules, covering 102 specific test items. Vernal has completed 26 tests in strict accordance with international standards. Additionally, based on actual user requirements, the Vernal engineering team designed and supplemented 76 proprietary test standards to ensure consistency in performance, reliability, and the quality delivered.

Professional Performance in the Home Workspace

• Load and Lifting Capacity: The system successfully verified a full-load lifting capacity of 160 kg (353 lbs). Under full-load conditions, the lifting speed was maintained above 40 mm/s, and operational noise levels were recorded below 50 dB.

• Structural Stability: At the maximum height of 1280 mm (50.4 in), both lateral and longitudinal displacements of the desktop remained within the stability ranges specified by the standard, ensuring structural rigidity during typing or leaning operations.

Long-Term Reliability

• Durability: The system completed 14000 lifting cycles under a full load of 160 kg (353 lbs) and 17000 cycles under no-load conditions. Furthermore, laboratory testing has recorded a maximum of over 30000 cycles with the lifting function remaining fully operational.

Hassle-Free Safety

• Anti-Collision System: The system integrates dual anti-collision logic utilizing current sensing and gyroscope technology. In tests involving hard, most semi-hard, and soft obstacles, the successful reversal rate exceeded 80%.
